I had a wonderful first-time guest experience and decided on a membership. I was able to schedule a massage in a day and use my gift card. I was expecting relaxation and got it and then some with Abigail. She did really helpful focused work on areas I specified plus I have shoulder joint is arthritic and needs special care. With Abigail's expert and gentle work I had less pain, almost no pain, after the session and even 2 days later. I did a hot stone add-on to my massage. I've had plenty of hot stone massage and Abigail was the best at this technique I have ever experienced. Finally, moist hot towels, love them, and never had them as part of a massage and will never go back to a massage without a moist hot towel! (to be clear, it's been about more that 3 years since my last massage). Now I will be getting at lease one massage a month because of my experience at LaVida, Lost Mountain, GA!
