Liz was AMAZING and frankly saved me from canceling my membership. Reason for 5 is not reflective of her in any way. It is a reflection of turnover and frequent mis-booking. It’s often a 50/50 chance that I’ll get there to find out there was a booking error or that my therapist forgot, etc.
